Submission Center Hours (7 days a week):

• Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

💼 What items can I submit at the PSA center?

You can submit:

• Trading cards (sports & TCG)
• Autographs
• Tickets
• Sealed packs
• Funko Pops
• Memorabili

Note: No on-site grading or autograph authentication is performed—submissions are sent to PSA’s grading facility.

📝 Do I need to prepare anything before visiting?

To ensure a smooth drop-off:

1. Use PSA’s Online Submission Center linked here to fill out your form.
2. Print and bring your completed submission form with your items.
3. Drop them off directly with PSA staff inside the store.

Please note: if you cannot locate submission forms online, PSA staff will be happy to print forms for you.

📦 Can I mail my cards to the store for submission?

No. All submissions must be done in person.

PSA and Burbank Sportscards do not accept mailed-in cards for grading through this center.

👨💼 Who handles the submissions?

All submissions are handled by PSA employees, not Burbank Sportscards staff. PSA staff are onsite daily to answer questions and ensure proper intake.

⌛ How long will grading take?

Turnaround times vary based on the service level you select when filling out your PSA submission form. Expect regular PSA turnaround estimates. Please find estimate turnaround times here
