General Questions
How do I sell you cards?
Simply come in to our store with your cards during our public buying hours. Our public buying hours are displayed above. We staff a team of vetted expert buyers that will be able to assist you.
How does walking in to sell work?
When you arrive at our store during buying hours, you can sign up on our waitlist. Once you're added, you're free to browse the store or step out if needed. We'll notify you when it's your turn to meet with one of our buyers. This helps us serve everyone efficiently while giving you time to look around.
How should I bring my cards in to sell?
We recommend bringing your cards in a neat and organized fashion. If your collection is too hard to view for our buyers, we may ask you to organize it and come back for a scheduled appointment. We do ask that you are prepared when you come in to sell so we can help each seller in a timely fashion.
What percent of market do you purchase cards at?
Due to all cards being more or less desirable, that range cannot be generalized as every card is different. We have found that on average we are amongst the strongest and fairest buyers across the industry for almost all card categories. Competitive and same day instant offers are available for strong / rare inventory.
What cards do you not purchase?
We do not purchase commons or bulk from any sport or trading card game at this time. If you have a larger collection, we ask that you reach out to us before bringing your large collection in to sell during our public buying hours. Please view the appointment FAQ for more information.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes, we offer 10% more than our cash offer in store credit. This credit can be used on anything in the store.
Appointments
Should I make an appointment?
If you have a larger than average collection that will require extra time to look at, you should inquire about an appointment. After reviewing your collection, we will set an appointment time if the items are within our current buying parameters.
How long is an appointment?
An appointment can range anywhere from 15 minutes to multiple hours depending on the size and value of your collection.
Do you travel to buy collections?
At this time we do not travel to buy collections. We may travel to look at a collection under extenuating circumstances.
Can I mail you my collection?
If we are able to agree on a price for the collection beforehand, yes we do accept mail ins.
